If an order is missing items or is damaged during transit please email me directly and I will organise sending a replacement or provide a refund of the items being returned (postage cost not refundable).
A 'Returns' email must be submitted within three days of receiving your order, providing the reason for your return and a photograph of how the item was delivered. The items must be sent back within 10 days of  submitting the return. If requesting a refund this will be sent over once the returned items are received.
When sending a return ensure it is in its original packaging and securely packed.
